Section 66265.1089 - Inspection and Monitoring Requirements(a) The owner or operator shall inspect and monitor air emission control equipment used to comply with this article in accordance with the applicable requirements specified in sections 66265.1085 through 66265.1088.(b) The owner or operator shall develop and implement a written plan and schedule to perform the inspections and monitoring required by subsection (a) of this section. The owner or operator shall incorporate this plan and schedule into the facility inspection plan required under section 66265.15.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 66265.1089
