Section 54443 - Informational Material(a) Informational material provided to potential participants must have prior approval of the Department and must include the following: (1) The name, address and phone number of the center.(2) The service area boundaries.(3) Eligibility criteria.(4) A description of services provided at the center.(5) The days and hours of operation.(b) Information released to the media and the general public which contains eligibility or program information must have prior approval of the Department.Cal.
