Section 54409 - Participant Fair Hearing(a) Each participant shall have the right to a fair hearing for matters relative to an unresolved grievance regarding care and administration by the adult day health care provider.(b) The adult day care provider shall present its position at the fair hearing and implement the fair hearing decision adopted by the Director.(c) Implementation of the fair hearing decision shall not be the basis for discharge of the participant by the adult day health care provider.Cal.
