Section 54223 - Attendance(a) Attendance shall be regular and planned. Treatment needs of the participant shall determine the frequency and duration of attendance. The number of days scheduled shall be governed by the least time needed to carry out an individual plan of care related to the needs of the participant and his or her family.(b) Participants shall not be encouraged to attend more frequently than necessary for achievement of individual goals and objectives.Cal.
