Section 54133 - Psychiatric and Psychological Services(a) Psychiatric services means services performed by a physician trained or experienced in psychiatry.(b) Psychology services means services provided by a: (2) Psychological assistant under the direction and supervision of a psychologist or board certified psychiatrist.(3) A psychiatric social worker who is a licensed clinical social worker working in consultation with a psychologist or board certified psychiatrist.(4) A psychiatric nurse who meets the qualifications of Section 78337.Cal.
