Section 53660 - Time and Place of Hearing(a) The Department shall determine the time and place of hearing. The scheduling of time and place of hearing shall be subject to the availability of Department staff.(b) The hearing shall be held as soon as reasonably possible after any request for hearing, in accordance with Section 53652.Cal.
