Section 53636 - Amended or Supplemental Claims(a) The provider may file and serve an amended or supplemental claim within 90 days of the original filing date, except where dismissal has been entered pursuant to Section 53630.(b) The plan shall be given 45 days to file a response to any amended or supplemental claim.Cal.
