For the purposes of this article, a "Local Educational Agency (LEA) eligible beneficiary" means a person eligible for services under Title XIX of the Social Security Act and certified for Medi-Cal who is one of the following:
(a) Under age 22 and enrolled in a school within an LEA in California. Any person who becomes 22 years of age while participating in an Individualized Education Plan or Individualized Family Service Plan may continue his or her participation in the program for the remainder of that current school year; or(b) A Medi-Cal eligible family member of a student meeting subsection (a) above.Cal.
