Section 50601 - Maintenance Need - General(a) The amount of income a person or family is allowed to retain for living expenses shall be determined by adding the following: (1) The maintenance need for the members of the MFBU living in the home as determined in accordance with Section 50603.(2) The maintenance need for the members of the MFBU in long-term care as determined in accordance with Section 50605.Cal.
