Section 50551.3 - Sixty-Five Plus One-Half(a) The first $65 plus one-half of the remainder shall be deducted from the combined nonexempt earned income of all aged, blind or disabled MN persons and the spouse or parents of these persons.(b) The provisions of this regulation also apply to eligibility determinations or redeterminations made retroactively to January 1, 1977.Cal.
