Section 41315 - Conditional Admission(a) A pupil who has not undergone the required tuberculosis examination may be admitted on condition that he or she receives an approved skin test within 10 school days after admission.(b) A pupil who has received an approved skin test and who has been found to have a significant reaction but who has not obtained his or her chest X-ray may be admitted on condition that he or she receives a chest X-ray within 20 school days after admission.Cal.
