Section 40815 - Reporting Requirements(a) Local agencies shall submit to the Department all required financial reports and participation information necessary for efficient management of the Program.(b) Local agencies shall be assessed a penalty for failure to comply with all mandated reporting requirements, as specified in the local agency's contract with the State.(c) When requested by the Department, a local agency shall submit a written plan for correcting deficiencies documented by the Department. When required by the Department, a local agency shall provide special reports on Program activities and act to correct deficiencies in Program operations.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 40815
