Section 40743 - Monitoring of Vendors

(a) The Program shall monitor vendors on an ongoing basis for compliance with this Chapter.

(b) Specific monitoring functions shall be:

(1) Audit of a vendor;

(2) Compliance buys and on-site inspections;

(3) Investigations by federal, state, and local authorities.
