Section 40539 - Request for Proposals(a) Proposals shall be requested by the Director on a form to be provided by the Department for grants on a continuous basis without regard to fiscal year.(b) Eligible applicants shall be required to submit proposals indicating the following: (1) Total grant amount requested.(2) Proposed use of funds.(3) Total length of time needed for grant support.Cal.
