Section 40225 - Authority(a) Each application for financial assistance shall be prepared and signed by the applicant or a person authorized to act for the applicant and to assume on behalf of the applicant any obligations imposed by law, by these regulations or by contract.(b) Nonprofit agency applicants shall submit a copy of articles of incorporation and minutes of board meetings authorizing application. The name, address, and length of time in office of each board member shall be included.(c) Public agency applicants shall submit a copy of the resolution of the governing body authorizing the application.Cal.
