Section 7558 - Inventories of MPSCs(a) Each AAA shall maintain an inventory of acquired or constructed MPSCs which, at a minimum, shall include all of the following information: (1) The date and amount of the award and the proportion of the entire project that the award represents.(2) Whether the award was granted for acquisition or construction.(3) The name and address of the recipient of the award.(4) The name and address of the MPSC, if different from the recipient's.(b) As part of the Area Plan and annual plan updates, each AAA shall provide the Department with the current status of each acquired or constructed MPSC's ownership and use. In addition, AAAs shall notify the Department immediately of any changes to the inventory specified in (a) that would affect the federal reversionary interest specified in Section.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 7558
