Section 130051 - Follow-up Inspection to Determine Compliance. [Repealed]

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 22, § 130051

1. New section filed 12-21-2017 as an emergency; operative 1-1-2018 (Register 2017, No. 51). This filing is exempt from OAL review pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 1796.63(c). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 7-2-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. New section refiled 6-20-2018 as an emergency; operative 6-29-2018 (Register 2018, No. 25). This filing is exempt from review by OAL and the emergency regulations remain in effect for 180 days pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 1796.63(c). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-26-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
