Section 130040 - Denial of Initial License. [Repealed]

1. New article 6 (sections 130040-130045) and section filed 12-21-2017 as an emergency; operative 1-1-2018 (Register 2017, No. 51). This filing is exempt from OAL review pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 1796.63(c). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 7-2-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. New article 6 (sections 130040-130045) and section refiled 6-20-2018 as an emergency; operative 6-29-2018 (Register 2018, No. 25).
