The State Hearing Office shall notify all interested parties at least 10 days prior to the scheduled hearing, of the date, time, and location of the hearing. The hearing notice shall be mailed to the last known address of the complainant. The time frame of the notice shall be permitted to be shortened with the consent of the parties. Any party shall be permitted to waive notice.
