"Abuse" means any of the following:
(a) Intentionally or recklessly to cause or attempt to cause bodily injury.(c) To place a person in reasonable apprehension of imminent serious bodily injury to that person or to another.(d) To engage in any behavior that has been or could be enjoined pursuant to Section 6320, Family Code.(e) Battering or subjecting a victim to extreme cruelty, as specified in Section 11495.12, Welfare and Institution Code, by: (1) Physical acts that resulted in, or threatened to result in, physical injury.(3) Sexual activity involving a child in the home.(4) Being forced to participate in nonconsensual sexual acts or activities.(5) Threats of, or attempts at, physical or sexual abuse.(7) Neglect or deprivation of medical care.Cal.
