Section 101529.1 - Sign in and Sign Out(a) In addition to Section 101229.1, the following shall apply:(b) Center staff shall sign in a school-age child who arrives at the center on his/her own.(c) Center staff shall sign out a school-age child whose authorized representative has agreed in writing to allow the child to leave the center on his/her own.(1) The director and the child's authorized representative shall sign and date the agreement allowing the child to leave the center on his/her own.(2) The signed agreement shall be filed in the child's record.Cal.
