Section 100845 - Political Activities(a) A contractor shall refrain from all political activities if the activities involve the use of any funds which are the subject of this Chapter or any other funds, programs, projects, or activities which originate from this Chapter.(b) A contractor shall be prohibited from any activity which is designed to provide voters or prospective voters with transportation to the polls or to provide similar assistance in connection with an election if such activities involve the use of any funds which are subject to this Chapter.(c) A contractor shall refrain from all lobbying activities if such activities involve the use of any funds which are the subject of this Chapter or any other funds, programs, projects, or activities which originate from this Chapter.Cal.
