Section 1279.5-4 - Expanding Coverage(a) To add work unit(s) covered by the collective bargaining agreement to a previously approved work sharing plan, the work sharing employer shall submit an additional application and provide the information as described in Section 1279.5-2 of these regulations.(b) The effective date of the expanded coverage shall be no earlier than the previously approved work sharing plan.Cal.
