Section 1254-1 - Week -In Two Benefit Years(a) When the major portion of a week of unemployment falls within the expiring benefit year, the entire week shall be deemed to fall within the expiring benefit year.(b) Where less than the major portion of a week of unemployment falls within the expiring benefit year, the entire week shall be deemed to fall within the new benefit year.
