Section 454(a)-12 - DefinitionsAs used in Sections 454(a) - 11 through 454(a) - 16 of these regulations unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(a) "State" means the States of New Jersey, California, and any state of the United States of America that is signatory to the Interagency Agreement.(b) "Interagency Reciprocal Agreement Covering Multi-state Employment" and "Interagency Agreement" means the interstate reciprocal agreement between the States of New Jersey and California for the purpose of having services customarily performed by an employee in two or more states for a single employer or employing unit covered in one state in which part of the service is performed, or in which the employee has his residence, or in which the employer or employing unit maintains a place of business.Cal.
