Section 7705 - Special and Emergency MeetingsIn accordance with the Bagley-Keene Open Meeting Act, special and emergency meetings shall be conducted as follows:
(a) Special meetings of the Commission may be called at any time by the chair or by a majority of the Commission. In the event such special meeting is called, notice will be sent to those who have requested such notice and in accordance with Government Code section 11125.4.(b) Emergency meetings of the Commission may be called at any time by the chair or a majority of the Commission when such meeting is necessary to discuss an unforeseen emergency condition. Determination of the emergency and meeting notices shall be conducted in accordance with Government Code section 11125.5.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 21, § 7705
