Section 2655 - Tenant Affordability Standards

Tenants who are in occupancy as of December 31, 2012, who are not RAP eligible, and have an annual income not exceeding 120% of the County Median Household Income, as identified in accordance with the Department of Housing and Community Development's annual publication of Official State Income Limits, adjusted for size of household, published pursuant to Health and Safety Code Section 50093, may apply for the Affordable Rent Program.

1. New section filed 12-24-2012 as an emergency; operative 12-24-2012 (Register 2012, No. 52). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-24-2013 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.

3. New section refiled 6-24-2013 as an emergency; operative 6-24-2013 (Register 2013, No. 26). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 9-23-2013 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
4. New section refiled 9-23-2013 as an emergency; operative 9-23-2013 (Register 2013, No. 39). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-23-2013 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
5. Certificate of Compliance as to 9-23-2013 order, including repealer and new section, transmitted to OAL 12-18-2013 and filed 1-7-2014; amendments effective 1-7-2014 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2014, No. 2).
