Section 2566 - Contract Agreement(a) After successful negotiations, the Commission and the selected firm shall complete and sign a written contract agreement.(b) In instances where the Commission effects a necessary change during the course of performance of a contract, the firm's compensation may be adjusted by mutual written agreement in a reasonable amount where the work to be performed by the firm is changed from that previously specified in the contract.Cal.
