Section 2120 - Debriefing(a) The Commission may provide debriefing information and/or hold a debriefing conference after contract award at the request of any unsuccessful Bidder for the purpose of receiving specific information concerning the selection of Bidders.(b) Debriefing is not the forum to challenge the CNS specifications or requirements, or challenge a contract award.
