(a) This Article applies to the following types of new appliances sold or offered for sale, rented, imported, distributed, or leased for use in California regardless of the physical location of the seller and includes, without limitation transactions conducted over telephone or the internet. Unless otherwise specified, each provision applies only to units manufactured on or after the effective date of the provision.(1) Pool controls that are consumer products designed to use single-phase AC power as input power.Cal.
