Section 1381 - Title and Purpose

The purpose of this article is to specify reporting requirements for operators of infrastructure pertaining to alternative energy sources for transportation.

1. New Article 4 (Sections 1381-1389) filed 1-17-85; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 85, No. 3).
2. Repealer of former article 4 (sections 1381-1389) and new article 4 (sections 1381-1387) and section filed 12-30-2021; operative 1-1-2022 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2021, No. 53).
