Section 1367 - Form and Format of Reports

The Executive Director of the CEC may specify the format for the various reports required by this article. The Executive Director of the CEC may additionally provide forms or other instructions to facilitate the filing or analysis of the information required by this article. The Executive Director of the CEC shall provide notice at least seven days prior to specifying or modifying any form or format.
