Section 1361 - Title

The reports described in Section 25354 of the Public Resources Code and this article shall be known as the Petroleum Information Reports.

1. New Article 3 (Sections 1361-1372) filed 12-30-80 as an emergency; effective upon filing (Register 81, No. 1). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL within 120 days or emergency language will be repealed on 4-29-81.
2. Order of Repeal of 12-30-80 order filed 1-8-81 by OAL pursuant to Government Code Section (Register 81, No. 2).
3. New Article 3 (Sections 1361-1371 and Appendices A-C) filed 8-12-81; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 81, No. 33).
4. Amendment of NOTE filed 1-3-2006; operative 2-2-2006 (Register 2006, No. 1).
