Section 1215 - Interlocutory Orders and Appeals(a) During proceedings before a committee, a party may request that a ruling of the committee or presiding member be issued in the form of a written order. Any such request shall be made no later than five calendar days following the ruling.(b) Any party may petition the full commission to review any order prepared pursuant to subsection (a) of this section. Any such petition shall be filed within ten days of the date of the order being issued; provided, however, that rulings of the presiding member or committee may not be appealed during the course of hearings or conferences except in extraordinary circumstances where prompt decision by the commission is necessary to prevent detriment to the public interest. In such instances, the matter shall be referred forthwith by the presiding member to the commission for determination.(c) Unless the commission acts upon questions referred by the presiding member to the commission or upon a petition to review an order of the presiding member or committee within thirty (30) days after the referral or filing of the petition, whichever is later, such referrals or petitions shall be deemed to have been denied.
