(a) Any affidavit of registration submitted shall contain the required substantive registration information necessary to determine eligibility to vote, pursuant to Sections 2150 and 2154 of the Elections Code.(b) Any affidavit of registration submitted missing required substantive information shall be processed according to Section 19072.(c) The county elections official shall attempt to collect missing substantive information pursuant to Section 2153 of the Elections Code.(d) If missing required substantive information is not received by the county elections official within 180 days of receipt of the registration, the affidavit of registration shall be rejected.(e) The county elections official shall notify each voter registration applicant of the disposition of their affidavit of registration, in accordance with Sections 2153 and 2155 of the Elections Code.Cal.
