Section 19065 - Data Restoration After a Recovery EventIf a county experiences an event necessitating voter registration data recovery, the county shall:
(a) Notify the Secretary of State Elections Division Help Desk and the county EMS vendor within 24 hours of discovery.(b) Coordinate restoration with the Secretary of State Elections Division Help Desk and the county EMS vendor.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 2, § 19065
