Section 19050 - [Operative 4/1/2025] Paper Voter Registration Affidavits(a) The Secretary of State shall print standard voter registration affidavits with the following dimensions: 8" x 17", with a minimum caliper of 0.007" and a maximum caliper of 0.0095".(b) The Secretary of State shall print new citizen and Secretary of State confidential address program voter registration affidavits with the following dimensions: 8" x 11", with a minimum caliper of 0.007" and a maximum caliper of 0.0095".(c) The Secretary of State shall print monolingual English versions of the voter registration affidavit.(d) The Secretary of State shall print bilingual voter registration affidavits in English and in all languages required by Section 203 of the federal Voting Rights Act of 1965 (52 U.S.C.
