Section 11107 - Enforcement of Clause

The nondiscrimination clause in state contracts and subcontracts shall be fully and effectively enforced. Any breach of its terms may constitute a material breach of the contract and may result in the imposition of sanctions against the contractor, including but not limited to cancellation, termination, or suspension of the contract in whole or in part, by the contract awarding agency or decertification from future opportunities to contract with the State of California by CRD.
