Section 11014 - Statement of Purpose

Certain employment practices have the effect, either directly or indirectly, of discriminating against individuals on a basis enumerated in the Act. Such practices are discussed in this article and the provisions are applicable to all discriminatory actions as more specifically discussed in the following articles.

Change without regulatory effect renumbering former subchapter 2 (sections 7287.1-7288.3) to new article 2 (sections 11014-11026), renumbering section 7287.1 to new section 11014 and amending section and Note filed 10-3-2013 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2013, No. 40).
