Section 10254 - Scope

This article sets forth the enforcement procedures to be followed by OCP in implementing subchapter 5 of chapter 5.

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former subchapter 5 (sections 8500-8504) to new article 5 (sections 11137-11141), renumbering former section 8500 to new section 11137 and amending section filed 10-3-2013 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2013, No. 40).
2. Renumbering of former chapter 5, subchapter 5, article 5 (sections 11137-11141) to new chapter 1, subchapter 3, article 2 (sections 10254-10258) and renumbering and amendment of former section 11137 to new section 10254 filed 12-9-2015; operative 4-1-2016 (Register 2015, No. 50).
