1. Repealer and new section filed 6-20-80 as an emergency; effective upon filing. Certificate of Compliance included (Register 80, No. 25).
2. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former subchapter 2 (sections 7287.1-7288.3) to new article 1 (sections 11014-11026) and renumbering section 7287.1 to new section 11014 filed 10-3-2013 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2013, No. 40).
