Section 3011 - Failure of Respondent or Witness to Appear at Enforcement Hearing(a) Failure of a Respondent or witness to attend the properly noticed enforcement hearing constitutes a waiver of the opportunity to be heard at such hearing.(b) If the Respondent fails to appear after being served, the Commission may issue a decision and order, and the Commission may impose a fine.Cal.
