Section 2953 - Definitions(a) Environmentally significant lands: Lands within the jurisdiction of the Commission within which environmentally significant values have been identified pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 6370.1.(b) Significant environmental values: Those features or characteristics which have been identified pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 6370.1, the criteria for which are set forth in the Significant Lands Inventory.(c) Use Classification: A classification system designed to provide permanent protection to identify significant environmental values, more particularly described in the Significant Lands Inventory.Cal.
