Section 1863.17 - Conditional Apportionment(a) In addition to complying with any other requirements of these regulations or the Act, the Board at the time of making a conditional apportionment, shall: (1) Establish the basic computed State matching ratio of assistance under Section 16330 of the Act, and specify the amount of local matching funds to be deposited by the school district as a condition of an apportionment.(2) Approve a total estimated cost and budget for the project.(3) Prescribe the purposes for which the apportionment may be expended.(4) Fix the rate of interest to be paid by the district on the State funds apportioned to it in accordance with the provisions of Section 16334 of the Act.Cal.
