Section 1861.16 - Moving of Portables by Districts; Obtaining of Bids(a) The obtaining of bids and the awarding of a contract by a district for the moving of portables leased under this Article shall be in the manner prescribed by the Education Code, and shall be subject to approval by the Board.(b) The aware of a bid may be made only to a licensed mover having adequate equipment for the purpose and experienced in the moving of similar structures.Cal.
