Section 1861.3 - Approval of DCE(a) No lease of portable facilities shall be approved by the Board unless the property upon which the facilities are to be placed and the location thereof, together with the facilities to be leased and the length of such lease, including options for extensions, have been approved by DCE, provided that the rental consideration and all other provisions of such a lease shall be within the discretion of the Board. The approval of a lease of facilities by DCE shall be deemed to be the approval of the lease or any portion of said facilities for the term approved by DCE, unless DCE indicates to the contrary.Cal.
