Section 1861.1 - Acquisition by Board and Conveyancing to District(a) Upon application by a school district approved by DCE, the Board may expend monies available under Article 5 for the acquisition by the Board of new or used portable buildings and related facilities and equipment, and thereafter convey the same to the eligible district. The conveyancing may take the form of sale, lease, outright grant, or other suitable form of conveyancing as determined by the Board, and shall be subject to such terms and conditions as may be approved by the Board.Cal.
