Section 1834 - Apportionment Procedure, Multipurpose Rooms and Facilities for Exceptional Children(a) If a construction project includes a multipurpose room within the meaning of the Act and/or facilities for exceptional children pursuant to Article 3 of the Act, apportionments may be made with respect to the construction project as a whole, without making separate apportionments for such special facilities. At the time an apportionment is made for construction costs, the portions of an apportionment allocated to such special facilities shall be provisionally set forth and identified, and shall be finally determined by the Director of General Services upon the completion of the construction project.Cal.
