Section 1865.75 - Advance Purchase of Sites and Preparation of Plans(a) Except as otherwise provided by the act or these regulations, the provisions of these regulations shall apply to applications for sites and/or plans and specifications made pursuant to Section 17720 of the act.(b) Nothing contained in the regulations shall be construed to prohibit the executive officer from entering into a lease agreement with option to purchase for a site and/or plans pursuant to Regulation 1865.32 without construction, even though such items may constitute only a part of the project as approved by the board. A lease-purchase agreement or agreements may be subsequently entered into by the executive officer for the balance of the project.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 2, § 1865.75
