Section 1865.61 - Revision of a Project Budget(a) The executive officer may revise any item within a project budget, upward or downward, provided that no such revision results in an increase in the total amount of the project budget approved by the board.(b) The executive officer may reduce any apportionment as may be necessary to reflect any revision made pursuant to (a) above.Cal.
